IndiGo launched its first-ever direct flight to Scandinavia, connecting Mumbai to Copenhagen.
The service officially began on October 8, 2025, operating three times a week.
IndiGo is using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, leased from Norse Atlantic, for this long-haul route.
The Mumbai flight departs at 04:35 IST and arrives in Copenhagen at 22:05 local time.
The return flight leaves Copenhagen at 12:30 CET and lands in Mumbai at 00:30 IST the next day.
Passengers can book Economy or IndiGoStretch seats, which offer more legroom, meals, drinks, and entertainment.
The flight features over 300 hours of in-flight entertainment, making long travel comfortable.
Copenhagen becomes IndiGo’s 44th international and 138th overall destination.
This route opens up easier access to the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
IndiGo strengthens its global reach, expanding beyond Asia and the Middle East into Northern Europe.
