Overseas Recruitment Executive

Screen candidates for approved overseas requirements, conduct interviews and counselling, coordinate trade tests and employer interviews, and maintain candidate quality across the deployment pipeline.

Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd is hiring Overseas Recruitment Executives for our International Recruitment department. This role is the human core of our candidate pipeline — screening, interviewing, counselling and coordinating candidates for approved overseas requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates for approved overseas requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews and counselling.
• Review candidate experience and skill suitability.
• Coordinate trade tests where applicable.
• Coordinate employer interviews.
• Manage recruitment drives.
• Communicate with selected candidates.
• Handle candidate queries requiring human assistance.
• Coordinate with Documentation, Visa and Deployment teams.
• Maintain candidate quality standards.
• Assist with recruitment events and walk-in interviews.

Preferred skills & experience

• Recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Candidate interviewing skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Overseas recruitment experience preferred.
• Understanding of skilled and semi-skilled workforce recruitment preferred.
