Employers in Europe and Vietnam get a single licensed counterparty for bulk hiring from India and Nepal: pre-screened candidates, trade testing, document legalization, permit coordination via our Bucharest office (Europe) and New Delhi office (Vietnam visa stamping), and post-arrival support that reduces attrition.

Frequently asked questions
Who is eligible for overseas jobs through Green Outdoors?
Candidates from India or Nepal with a valid passport, relevant trade experience or certification, medical fitness and a clean police record. Exact eligibility depends on the employer demand letter for each role.
Which documents are required?
Typically: passport, updated CV, trade/experience certificates, passport photos, medical fitness report and police clearance certificate. ECR-passport candidates additionally go through eMigrate emigration clearance. We confirm the exact checklist for your role before any payment.
How long does deployment take?
Timelines depend on employer selection, work-permit processing and embassy workloads — commonly a few weeks to a few months. No agency can guarantee a fixed timeline, and you should treat any such guarantee as a red flag.
How much does it cost?
By law, a Registered Recruiting Agent cannot charge a worker more than ₹30,000 + GST in service charges, collected only by digital payment or bank draft against a receipt. Employer-borne costs (visa fees, medicals, air ticket) are not charged to you. See our MEA Compliance page.
