Your Visa & Documentation Desk for Europe and Eurasia

Recruitment and manpower agencies route their work-permit and long-stay visa files to us because embassy paperwork is a specialism, not an afterthought. We prepare files to the current checklist for Romania, Serbia, Moldova, Russia and Turkey — under MEA Recruiting Agent Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, with an EU subsidiary in Bucharest.

Quick answer: Green Outdoors Global acts as the India-side licensed recruiting agent and documentation desk for partner recruitment agencies, preparing employer work-permit and worker long-stay visa files for Romania, Serbia, Moldova, Russia and Turkey, and running eMigrate emigration clearance for ECR passport holders. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities — we never promise approvals, we do not price on approval, and legitimate work always travels on a work visa, never a tourist visa. Last reviewed: August 2026. Visa and emigration requirements change frequently — always verify current rules with official embassy and government sources.
Who this is for

Two ways in — and they work differently

Recruitment & manpower agencies

You hold the candidate and employer relationships. We hold the paperwork:

  • Demand-document verification
  • Work-permit and visa file assembly against the live destination checklist
  • Attestation and sworn-translation chains
  • eMigrate ECR clearance
  • File tracking to a decision

A named coordinator, per-file status on request, and a written commercial agreement before any work starts.

How an agency file runs →

Employers & individual applicants

We also prepare work, student and business visa files directly. Individual candidates are processed under the same licence and the same statutory protections — including the ₹30,000 + GST service-charge cap that Indian law sets for worker recruitment, receipted and payable only by digital transfer.

For agency partners

What we actually take off your desk

Not "visa support" as a line item. These are the six things that decide whether a file moves or sits.

Employer verification first

We check that the employer can legally sponsor before candidates are committed — registration standing, sponsorship entitlement and, where the corridor is quota-driven, whether headroom actually exists. Finding this out after candidates have paid is the most expensive mistake in this business.

Files built to the live checklist

Destination requirements change between filings. We work from the current checklist for each corridor and confirm the position on every new mandate, rather than reusing last year's document list and discovering the gap at submission.

Attestation & translation chains

Apostille, embassy attestation and sworn translation, sequenced correctly and flagged at intake — so you know on day one what needs legalising, not three weeks in when it becomes the critical path.

Transliteration consistency

A name spelled differently across passport, degree certificate and employment contract is a routine cause of rejection, and it is entirely preventable. Cross-document consistency is a formal check in our files, not something we hope someone noticed.

eMigrate & ECR clearance

Emigration clearance for ECR passport holders processed under our own Registered Recruiting Agent licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023 — the step that puts your candidate's employment on the Government of India record and gives them a route to help if something goes wrong abroad.

Status you can act on

A named coordinator and proactive notification when a file changes state or needs something from you. We would rather tell you a file is stuck than let you hear it from your client.

Active corridors

Five corridors we are filing in now

"Active" means current cases and a current checklist — not that we once did a file there. Each route below describes who applies, in what order. We deliberately do not publish permit form numbers or processing times: those change every legislative session, and a confidently stated stale detail is worse than an honest structural answer. Ask us for the current position on your specific mandate.

Romania

Employer-led, EU member state. The employer first obtains employment authorisation from the Romanian immigration authority. Only then does the worker apply for a long-stay employment visa at the Romanian mission, converting to a residence permit after arrival.

Our Bucharest subsidiary handles the employer-side filing and on-ground follow-up — which in practice is the difference between a file that moves and a file that sits in a queue nobody is chasing.

Serbia

Consolidated single application. Serbia has combined its residence and work approval into one application handled through the interior ministry and employment service. The employer establishes the labour-market basis first; the worker then applies for the long-stay visa where their nationality requires one.

A fast corridor when the employer's registration and tax standing are clean, and a slow one when they are not — so our first move on any Serbian mandate is verifying the employer, not the candidate.

Moldova

Employer-led work permit, then long-stay visa. The employer files through the migration authority; the worker applies for the long-stay visa and completes residence formalities after arrival.

Volumes are smaller than Romania and the corridor rewards accuracy over speed: files here are typically returned for correction rather than refused outright, so a complete first submission is worth more in Moldova than anywhere else we file.

Russia

The most employer-dependent corridor we run. The employer must already hold the standing permission to engage foreign workers and must issue the invitation before any work visa application can begin. The candidate then applies at the Russian mission with that invitation, completing registration and permit formalities after arrival.

Because the entitlement sits with the employer and is quota-sensitive, we assess whether an employer can actually sponsor before accepting the mandate.

Türkiye

Permit carries the right to work. The employer applies to the labour ministry for the work permit; the candidate applies at the Turkish mission in parallel or immediately after, within the window the ministry sets.

Turkey is unforgiving about document consistency — transliteration and attestation checks are a formal stage in our Turkish files rather than a final glance before submission.

Longer-standing deployment corridors

Alongside the five above we deploy into Germany, Bulgaria, Latvia and Spain through our overseas recruitment practice.

Outside these, we will tell you plainly whether we can add value or whether you are better served by a specialist in that country. Declining a mandate we cannot do well is cheaper for both of us than learning on your file.

How a file runs

Corridor brief

You send the corridor, trade, expected volume and employer details. Within a working day we tell you whether it is a corridor we are currently filing in, what the route looks like, and what we would need — including when the honest answer is that the mandate is not viable as described.

Verify & scope

Employer standing and sponsorship entitlement checked; document list issued, with attestation and translation requirements flagged up front. Commercial terms agreed in writing before work starts.

Assemble & file

Work-permit and visa files built to the live checklist, cross-checked for transliteration and completeness, and submitted. eMigrate ECR clearance processed where the candidate's passport requires it.

Track to decision

Status maintained per file, with proactive notification on any change or request. On refusal you get the stated ground, our read on whether it is curable, and a straight answer on whether re-filing is realistic.

Also handled

Visa categories we prepare

Work visas

Employer-sponsored long-stay work visa files across all active corridors, coordinated with the employer's work-permit filing and, for ECR passport holders, eMigrate clearance.

Student visas

Student visa documentation aligned to university admission and financial-proof requirements, prepared alongside our study abroad counselling.

Business visas

Invitation-based business visa support for employers, buying delegations and partner visits — including employers travelling to run their own candidate interviews.

Worth being explicit about

What we will not do

We do not guarantee approvals

Embassies and immigration authorities decide independently, and no consultancy can change that. What we are accountable for is a complete, truthful, correctly sequenced file — and telling you honestly when a case looks weak before you commit candidates to it.

We do not price on approval

Success-fee pricing creates an incentive to submit only easy files and quietly drop hard ones. Our fees are per-file or retained, agreed in writing before work begins, so how a refusal is treated is settled in advance rather than negotiated under pressure afterwards.

We do not move workers on visit visas

Legitimate overseas employment travels on a work visa backed by an employer contract and permit. Anyone offering a "job" on a tourist or visit visa is exposing the worker to serious legal risk, and we will not be part of it — at any volume.

We do not route around licensing

Indian candidates are recruited under our own MEA licence; Nepali candidates only through DoFE-licensed agencies in Nepal, as the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 requires. We decline source-side structures that bypass either regime, however commercially attractive.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No — see "We do not guarantee approvals" above. That accountability, not an approval promise, is what you're paying for.

What happens if a file is refused?

You get the stated ground, our read on whether it is curable, and whether re-filing is realistic. Government and embassy fees are non-refundable by the authorities themselves. How our service fee is treated on refusal is fixed in your written agreement before work starts — see our Refund Policy.

We are an agency, not a candidate. How do we start?

Send the corridor, trade, expected volume and employer details to office@gogpl.in or call +91 77789 78988. We respond within a working day with the route, the document list and whether the mandate is viable as described.

How should we verify you before sending files?

Please do. Check Registered Recruiting Agent licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023 on emigrate.gov.in, look us up by D-U-N-S 87823-6927, and ask for GST registration, incorporation documents and corridor references. Everything material is on our About & Compliance page.

Do you handle countries outside these corridors?

Our expertise is strongest where we are actively filing. For other countries we will tell you honestly whether we can add value or whether you should approach a specialist — we would rather decline than learn on your file.

What does it cost?

Agency partners: per-file documentation fees, or a retained arrangement at steady volume, agreed in writing before we start. Individual workers: capped by Indian law at ₹30,000 + GST in service charges (Rule 25, Emigration Rules), receipted and digital-only, regardless of corridor or salary.
