Overseas Jobs & Candidates

What is Green Outdoors Global and what services does GreenOutdoors.in provide?

Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd is an MEA-licensed international recruitment and workforce-mobility company. Through GreenOutdoors.in we recruit Indian candidates for verified overseas jobs, support employers sourcing workers from India, and provide visa and documentation services. See our About & Compliance page for the full picture, including our group companies.

Is Green Outdoors Global a registered Recruiting Agent?

Yes — MEA Recruiting Agent Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, verifiable on the Government of India's eMigrate portal under "List of Active RAs". D-U-N-S 87823-6927.

How can Indian candidates apply for overseas jobs?

Register once through the Candidate Registration form on our Jobs page, or send your CV on WhatsApp — no per-job registration, and no charge to register. We match your profile against genuine, demand-letter-backed employer openings and contact you when one fits. The employer makes the final selection, not us.

How are candidates from Nepal handled?

Nepali citizens are recruited only through DoFE-licensed manpower agencies in Nepal, as the Foreign Employment Act, 2064 requires — our MEA licence covers India-side recruitment and does not extend to recruiting Nepali candidates directly. Where we support a Nepal-corridor employer requirement, it is coordinated with a licensed Nepal agency under a written agreement, not recruited by us directly.

What documents are normally required for an overseas job application?

Typically a valid passport, updated CV, trade or experience certificates, passport photos, a medical fitness report and police clearance. ECR passport holders additionally complete eMigrate emigration clearance before departure. We confirm the exact checklist for your specific role before any payment is due.

Employers & Recruitment

How does employer selection work?

You review shortlisted, verified candidate profiles against your demand letter and make the hiring decision yourself — we prepare and present files but do not influence or guarantee outcomes. See Overseas Recruitment for the full process.

Does Green Outdoors guarantee jobs, visas or departure dates?

No — and no legitimate agency can. Job selection rests with the employer and visa decisions rest with the destination embassy or immigration authority; we do not control either. Treat any guaranteed outcome or timeline offered in our name as a red flag and report it to office@gogpl.in.

How can employers hire workers from India?

Issue a demand letter and, where applicable, a power of attorney. We source, screen and present candidates against it under our MEA Recruiting Agent licence, and manage work-permit and visa documentation through to deployment. Start via For Employers or office@gogpl.in.

What information should an employer provide with a manpower requirement?

The trade or role, headcount, wages and working conditions, contract duration and destination country — formalised in a demand letter. The more complete this is up front, the faster and more accurately we can shortlist.

Fees, Compliance & Safety

How are candidate service charges handled?

By law (Rule 25, Emigration Rules, as amended by the Emigration (Amendment) Rules, 2017), a Registered Recruiting Agent cannot charge a worker more than ₹30,000 + GST in service charges — collected only by digital payment or bank draft, always against a receipt, never in cash. Government, embassy, medical and travel costs sit outside this capped fee and are itemised separately in advance. See MEA Compliance & Emigrant Rights for the full rule.

How can I verify that a job offer or payment request genuinely came from Green Outdoors?

Call or write to us using the contact details published on this website — not a number given to you in a message — and ask us to confirm. Verify our licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023 on emigrate.gov.in. We never ask for payment into a personal account and never pressure a fast decision.

Visa & Documentation

What visa/documentation support is available?

We assemble and quality-check work-permit and long-stay visa files against the current destination checklist, manage attestation, and run eMigrate emigration clearance for ECR candidates. Green Outdoors does not deploy candidates for overseas employment on tourist or visit visas — the worker must hold the lawful work authorisation the destination country requires. Recruitment agencies needing corridor-specific documentation detail should see Visa Consultancy.

Study & Training

What is CareerRoot and how is it different from GreenOutdoors.in?

CareerRoot is Green Outdoors Global's vocational-education and career-development division — language and trade preparation and study-abroad guidance. It is a separate offering from GreenOutdoors.in's recruitment services: course completion can strengthen a job or study application but does not itself guarantee a visa, work permit or job placement. Visit careerroot.in.

Partnerships

How can recruitment agencies or business partners work with Green Outdoors?

Under a written B2B agreement. Nepal manpower agencies keep their DoFE licence as the legal recruitment channel for Nepali citizens while we handle employer demand and EU-side documentation; Indian consultancies route candidates through our MEA licence as a referral/service partner (Indian law restricts RAs from using sub-agents, so we explain the exact permitted structure at onboarding). Apply via the Partner Application form.

Privacy & Grievance

How do I file a complaint, privacy request or grievance?

Contact us via the Contact form or office@gogpl.in — we respond within 7 working days. You may also escalate to MEA channels at any time: PBSK toll-free 1800-11-3090, helpline@mea.gov.in, the MADAD and eMigrate portals, or the Protector General of Emigrants (pge@mea.gov.in); Nepali workers may use dofe.gov.np and the Foreign Employment Tribunal. For data-privacy rights and requests specifically, see our Privacy Policy, which covers your rights under the DPDPA in full.

Note: visa, emigration and fee rules change frequently. Always verify current requirements with official sources (emigrate.gov.in, dofe.gov.np, embassy websites) or ask our team for the latest checklist.
