Our Registration

Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd holds MEA Recruiting Agent Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, issued by the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. A copy of the Registration Certificate is displayed at our office premises as required by law.

Verify us yourself: visit emigrate.gov.in → "Find Recruiting Agent" and search our licence number. Deal only with agents you can find on that list.

Service Charge — Your Legal Cap

Under Rule 25 of the Emigration Rules (as amended in 2017), a Recruiting Agent cannot collect service charges of more than ₹30,000 (plus applicable GST) from a worker, and must issue a receipt for every amount collected.

Service charges must be paid only by digital payment or bank draft — never cash. Costs such as embassy/consular visa fees, pre-employment medicals, air tickets, and pre-deployment boarding sit outside this capped service charge and are not billed to the worker as part of it; who bears them is set out in the specific employment contract, and typically that is the foreign employer.

Your Protections

Every legal deployment includes: a written employment contract signed by the foreign employer; a proper work visa (never a tourist visa for a job); Pravasi Bharatiya Bima Yojana (PBBY) insurance; and, for ECR-passport holders travelling to notified ECR countries, emigration clearance from the Protector of Emigrants via the eMigrate system.
