Engagement of any service is governed by a written service agreement and fee disclosure provided before payment.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Job selection is decided solely by employers; visa and permit decisions are made solely by embassies and government authorities. We do not guarantee jobs, visas, approvals, timelines, or salaries beyond what is stated in a signed employer contract.
3. Candidate responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents they submit. Submission of forged or misleading documents leads to immediate termination of service without refund and may be reported to authorities.
4. Fees and payments
All fees are disclosed in writing in INR (or the agreed currency) before engagement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Third-party dependencies
Our services depend on employers, embassies, ministries, airlines, and testing bodies. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or policy changes caused by such third parties.
6. Your personal data
We process personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By submitting a form or engaging a service you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out your rights, our Grievance Officer, and how to withdraw consent.
