Assist with candidate-document collection, visa file organisation, checklist preparation and appointment logistics — learn how compliant visa files are actually built.
Internship in the Visa & Mobility Operations team of Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd. You will support the operations team in organising, verifying and tracking candidate and visa documentation.
What you will do
- Assist candidate-document collection.
- Organise visa files.
- Assist document checklist preparation.
- Coordinate PCC, medical and document requirements.
- Assist scanning and indexing.
- Support appointment logistics.
- Assist passport and document handling under supervision.
Important boundary
Interns do not independently approve visa files or interpret legal or immigration requirements. All decisions remain with the operations team.
Requirements: Detail-oriented, organised, good English. Any graduate or final-year student.
