Germany is an active corridor in our network, with employer demand concentrated in care work and skilled trades. Candidates preparing for Germany typically combine their trade documentation with a German-language course aligned to employer and visa expectations.
As with all our corridors, roles are only published against a real, documented employer demand letter — we don't speculate on openings that don't yet exist.
If you're targeting the Germany corridor, our Courses page has details on the German-language pathway offered through CareerRoot to help you prepare ahead of any confirmed role.
Documents to prepare
- Valid passport
- Updated CV
- Trade or experience certificates relevant to your target sector (construction, hospitality, manufacturing, drivers & logistics, care work, or agriculture)
- Passport-size photos
- Medical fitness report and police clearance certificate (arranged once a role is confirmed)
ECR-passport holders additionally go through eMigrate emigration clearance as part of the process. We confirm the exact checklist for your specific role before any payment changes hands.
See our Germany corridor page for the full deployment process and FAQs.
