Visa Document Templates
Free downloadable Word (.docx) samples — covering letters, NOCs, invitation & sponsorship letters, explanation letters and support documents. Each template uses [bracketed placeholders] — replace them with the applicant’s real details, delete rows that do not apply, then print on letterhead and submit.
How to use these templates
- Download the .docx template you need.
- Open in Word / Google Docs and replace every [bracketed placeholder] with the actual details.
- Delete sections or rows that do not apply (e.g. remove “sponsor” rows if self-funded).
- Print on the company or applicant’s letterhead (if applicable) and sign.
- Attach along with your visa application and supporting documents.
Individual cover letter
Written in the applicant’s own words for their own travel.
Company cover letter
Issued by an employer or firm on behalf of the applicant.
Employer NOC
No-Objection Certificate from the employer or institution.
Minor NOC
Consent letters for a child travelling with or without parents.
Invitation letter
Written by a host abroad who is hosting the applicant.
Sponsorship letter
Financial guarantee letters from a sponsor.
Business letter
NOCs and letters for business, event and transit travel.
Explanation letter
