- Construction trades stayed the most-requested skill set overall, with certified welders in particularly consistent demand.
What shifted
- Care-sector interest in Germany continued building, though its language requirements keep the candidate pool selective.
- Manufacturing demand in Bulgaria broadened from seasonal peaks toward steadier year-round requests.
- Newer corridors — Latvia and Moldova among them — generated growing enquiry volume, appropriate for candidates who understand emerging routes carry less established support infrastructure.
Watching the second half
Quota announcements, seasonal hiring cycles, and embassy processing loads will shape H2 as they always do — and none of the three is controlled by any agency. Our advice remains what it was in January: build a verifiable skill profile, keep documents current, and treat any specific opening as something to verify through the process rather than assume from a summary like this one.
