Green Outdoors Global deploys Indian candidates directly under our MEA Recruiting Agent licence. Nepali candidates follow a parallel legal route — one that runs through Nepal's own regulatory system, and one we support exclusively through DoFE-licensed partner agencies.
The Nepal-side framework
- DoFE licensing — recruitment for foreign employment from Nepal is regulated by the Department of Foreign Employment, and only licensed agencies may process candidates.
- Labour approval — every deploying worker requires final labour approval before departure; without it, the deployment is not legal.
- Pre-departure orientation — mandatory training that covers rights, destination conditions, and complaint channels.
Why the partner-agency model matters
We do not shortcut Nepal's system by processing Nepali candidates as if they were outside it. Demand letters from European employers are shared with licensed Nepali partners, who run the Nepal-side process end to end. This is slower than the shortcuts sub-agents offer — and it is the only version that leaves the worker protected under the Foreign Employment Act, 2064.
If you are in Nepal and considering an offer, your first check is always the agency's DoFE licence status, verifiable through official channels.
