This is one of the clearest red flags in overseas recruitment: legal employment always uses a proper work visa, backed by an employer contract and a work permit. A tourist visa is never a legal basis for working abroad.
Anyone offering you a "job" on a tourist visa is exposing you to serious legal and personal risk — including detention, deportation, and no legal protection if something goes wrong at the workplace.
