Every legitimate Indian overseas recruitment company operates under a Recruiting Agent (RA) licence issued by the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs. Ours is B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, and it's displayed at our office as required by law.
How to verify any agency
Visit emigrate.gov.in and search "List of Active RAs" for the licence number the agency gives you. If they can't produce a licence number, or the number doesn't appear on that list, treat it as a serious red flag and walk away.
