How European Employers Hire From India

06 July 2026 · Employer Guide

European companies looking to hire Indian workers do so through an MEA-licensed Registered Recruiting Agent. The employer issues a demand letter and power of attorney, and the agent processes candidates through legal work-permit and visa channels.

Under Indian law, visa fees, medicals and air tickets are borne by the employer, not the worker — a structure that keeps recruitment ethical and audit-safe on both sides.

Employer-side commercial terms are agreed per project in a written B2B agreement. We cover construction, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, care and agriculture across Romania, Germany, Bulgaria, Latvia, Spain, Turkey, Moldova and Russia.
