Nepali workers are recruited only through DoFE-licensed manpower agencies in Nepal, as required by Nepal's Foreign Employment Act, 2064 — including embassy-attested demand letters and individual DoFE labour approval.
Green Outdoors Global coordinates the employer corridor and EU-side support for this channel; we do not ourselves recruit Nepali citizens directly. For a European employer, this means your demand letter flows through the legally required Nepal-side agency structure, while we handle EU-side processing and coordination.
Nepali workers and their families can independently verify agencies and file complaints via dofe.gov.np and the Foreign Employment Tribunal.
