For candidates from Nepal, the legal recruitment channel remains DoFE-licensed manpower agencies within Nepal, as required by Nepal's Foreign Employment Act, 2064. Green Outdoors Global does not itself recruit Nepali citizens directly.
Instead, we partner with DoFE-licensed agents: your manpower licence remains the legal recruitment channel, while we provide employer demand, EU-side processing and deployment support — all under a written B2B agreement.
