Nepali citizens are recruited only through DoFE-licensed manpower agencies in Nepal, as required by Nepal's Foreign Employment Act, 2064 (2007) — including embassy-attested demand letters and individual DoFE labour approval (श्रम स्वीकृति).
Green Outdoors Global coordinates the employer corridor and EU-side support for Nepali candidates but does not itself recruit Nepali citizens directly — that legal role belongs to DoFE-licensed agencies in Nepal.
Nepali candidates and their families can independently verify agencies and file complaints via dofe.gov.np and the Foreign Employment Tribunal — channels that exist regardless of which agency you're working with.
