This is part of the standard protection framework built into the MEA Recruiting Agent system — it is not an optional extra we charge separately for, and it is not something a legitimate deployment can skip.
If an agency offers you an overseas role without ever mentioning insurance, a written contract, or a proper work visa, that is a strong sign the process is not being run legally.
