Romania Corridor: Why It's Our Busiest Destination

04 July 2026 · Corridor

Romania is one of our most active corridors, spanning construction, hospitality and skilled-trade roles. What sets it apart operationally is that we run a subsidiary office in Bucharest, which manages employer contracts, work permits and on-ground support for candidates once they land.

Candidates deploying to Romania are also encouraged to take our workplace-Romanian language course through CareerRoot — practical vocabulary for job sites, contracts and daily life — before departure.

As with every corridor, deployment depends on real employer demand letters, not promises, and every role goes through the same MEA-licensed process described on our MEA Compliance page.

Documents to prepare

  • Valid passport
  • Updated CV
  • Trade or experience certificates relevant to your target sector (construction, hospitality, manufacturing, drivers & logistics, care work, or agriculture)
  • Passport-size photos
  • Medical fitness report and police clearance certificate (arranged once a role is confirmed)

ECR-passport holders additionally go through eMigrate emigration clearance as part of the process. We confirm the exact checklist for your specific role before any payment changes hands.

See our Romania corridor page for the full deployment process and FAQs.
