Which welding roles do Romanian employers ask for?

Certification and the trade test
Certificates matter in Romania, but so does practical proof. Employers and their technical teams typically run a trade test — an actual weld under observation — before selection is confirmed. Language and readiness
Romanian or basic English for workplace safety and instruction is a growing expectation on larger sites. Our courses division offers Romanian language preparation, and we are straightforward with candidates about which roles genuinely require it. Safety briefings, PPE habits and respect for quality-control processes are part of what makes a welder employable beyond the first contract.
Costs and compliance
A Registered Recruiting Agent is capped by law at ₹30,000 + GST in service charges for Indian workers, collected digitally against a receipt. Visa fees, medicals and airfare are employer-borne. Any agency asking for more, or promising a guaranteed selection for a fee, is not operating within the rules.
