- The legal service-charge cap is ₹30,000 + GST, paid digitally or by bank draft, always with a receipt
- Visa fees, medicals and air tickets are the employer's responsibility, not yours
- Every legal deployment includes a written contract, a proper work visa, and PBBY insurance
- No legitimate agency guarantees a visa, a job, or a fixed timeline
