As a candidate deploying through a licensed Recruiting Agent under the Emigration Act, 1983, you're entitled to a specific set of protections: a written employment contract signed by the foreign employer, a proper work visa (never a tourist visa), PBBY insurance, and — for ECR-passport holders to notified countries — eMigrate emigration clearance.
You're also entitled to pay no more than ₹30,000 + GST in agency service charges, by digital payment or bank draft only, always against a receipt — with visa fees, medicals and air tickets borne by the employer.
These rights exist regardless of which licensed agency you use. Know them, and don't accept less.
